Javier Kindelan

Javier Kindelan Williams currently leads the Living sector at CBRE Spain, overseeing the business for the entire market across various business lines within the company. He is also Vice President and Board Member of CBRE Spain. He joined CBRE in April 2005, leading the Investment Properties group, before being tasked with driving regional business growth in Spain and Morocco. In 2017, Javier was appointed CEO of Valuation & Advisory Services for CBRE in the EMEA region, a role he held until 2021.
